"Traveling thru and we stopped for gas . Lady filling coffe machines was absolutely awesome. Cashier was nice too ."
"Staff was absolutely awful and rude. The restrooms were a safety hazard. The store was messy and unorganized. The prepared food looked unsanitary and unsafe to consume. You feel like you need to wash your hands after being in the store. Cashier was busy on their phone and slow at checkout. Wasn’t handicap friendly and parking is sketchy at best. I would avoid it if I were you."
"Was trying to get gas and the cashier came out being rude. Talking about “can you turn your dang brights off” my brights weren’t even on just my regular lights and even if they were what does it matter? Get behind the register and let me get my gas. Literally went to the loves gas station down the road just because he came out so rude like my lights were assaulting him or something. And I was the only person there lol so what’s the problem? I don’t if he’s racist or what but he needs to work on his tone and pick his battles better."
"My husband and I were traveling from Anderson to the beach. We stopped here for gas, snacks, and to use the restroom. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my 48 years at a convenience store. This review doesn't even deserve one star. My husband asked the cashier a question about the rewards system. She bit his head off. We let it go because we are not unkind people. My husband put his credit card in to pay for our transaction and accidentally took the card out too soon. The cashier was so incredibly rude to him. If your employees can't be kind and give good customer service you should probably find someone else to do the job. My husband did not deserve an attitude. We will never be back to any 711 at all and I will be putting this all over social media"
"Food was great! Cleanliness was great. The guy at the register was so absent mindedly playing with his phone at the register. Looked like he was playing something like Pokémon Go. Thanks to this guy I was supposed to get home at 7:20pm and did not get home until closer to 8pm. As a female, I am trying to get home before dark. Your phone can wait for your break. In all my years of customer service, I never see people so blatantly on their phones. Sir, you are responsible for a gas station. He needs to be ensuring that people are not smoking near the pumps. He needed to be more attentive to his surroundings. This was my check out experience with someone on their phone: Me: “Good evening” Him: *incoherent mumbles* Me: “May I have $30 on 3?” Him: Yeah, sure Made me feel like I wasn’t a person. The people in front of me at least got eye contact. If I am giving respect, I expect the same back. It’s just about being a decent human being to one another. I was only getting gas and had to wait 20 min for this guy on the phone to ring up 3 people. What is this world coming to? I am not even allowed to have my phone out at work because I deal with NPI."
