"I made an appointment for starter locs for my son. First her and another employee had a 15 min conversation before starting. Then she had to look for supplies she needed for his hair.(UNPREPARED) She came out with a bucket to wet his hair?!? When she she started she DIDNT part his hair and it looked horrible so I asked if she could make them smaller. She couldn't make a COIL so I told my son to GET UP and we left. She waisted our day with that mess! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"

"This is the worst experience I ever had in my life and waste $120. Alina is on the phone the whole time being loud talking in my ear. Her son was crying the whole time so she kept having to stop. She braided my edges in when I told her not to. My head was tight and burning and as soon as I left I took them out let alone not even looking like the picture I showed her. My appointment was at 2 and she told me to come back at 4 because she wasn't done with her other client which that is a personal problem. I get back at 4 then she doesn't get started until 440 because she wants to take a break. I didnt leave until almost 11. My whole day, money, and time wasted. Learn to be professional better be glad I paid and I should of left from the get go but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. No stars"
