"Today was my 2nd time within a year making a purchase at this store. And unfortunately today was my last. I experienced the same as I did my first visit while shopping. Workers will just watch you with a blank stare and not speak. I wasn’t even asked “if I can help you with anything”. I got to the counter with my item and the young lady checked me out and still did not speak. I still spoke to her. That’s the LEAST you can do when people patronize the business is to speak and smile. I got neither. Just stares. Immediately after she rang me up she turned to talk/help someone else only to turn around just to give me my receipt without saying anything. Next time I’ll just go to the next city/town over to get what i need. Friendly customer service is still necessary. At ALL times when operating a business. From the owner to the employees, good customer service matters."

"Gus's has everything that your family needs to do DIY renovations as well as many interesting and seasonal gifts and decorations for your home. The staff goes above and beyond to reach out as soon as you walk in the door they will take you to what you need they will offer suggestions and they'll also give you advice on how to fix whatever it is you're trying to work on period it's a family-owned business they do many things for our community. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. This store is great for returning things if you get the wrong size. they have everything from mailboxes to plumbing supplies to doors, to pool supplies, cleaning products, paint, wood, concrete, and anything in between that you can possibly think of. I love getting their flowers and herbs in the spring and summer. I highly recommend Gus's home center for any of your needs."

"This is an awesome store with a wide selection to browse. In my opinion, it's kind of similar to Home Depot but on a smaller scale, like a mini version that is locally owned. Never encountered a rude employee, and checking out has always been simple."
