Carissa did an absolutely wonderful job! Unfortunately, she is graduating soon, so I will have to seek her out when she leaves Paul Mitchell."

"I have been here before and had great experiences but yesterday was a different story. I booked an appointment for my daughter (minor) and on arrival they told me I was not allowed to sit with her. I have been here many times before without an issue. They told me it was a safety issue. There wasn’t anyone else in the salon where we were so it wasn’t like I was in the way. I had to go sit in the lobby and call a manager to be permitted to sit with my daughter which is ridiculous. I guess there was attitude at that point since the manager allowed me to go back with my child because the stylist didn’t say 1 word to me (please keep in mind it takes 3-4 hours when foiling your hair so this was super awkward sitting there not saying a word). We have been to other salons and had a great experience so I guess we will pay more to be treated with decency and kindness rather than going back here."

"I was super anxious when I came, but Emma was so sweet. I cut off a huge chunk of my hair, and she did so well! Laura helped finish it off since she was more experienced, and she was also great. Overall, this was a great experience."
