"The staff acted like we were stealing and was very unprofessional. This was offensive because we pay a monthly fee to be Carepass members... I have no desire to continue paying for a membership somewhere just to be subject to poor customer service. I mean, who pays to get treated like that? One of them was very poorly pretending to be a shopper, following us throughout the store. And we were blocked from using the self checkout, I guess because they thought we were stealing. The management person's register was previously closed, displaying a "Next Register" sign until we were at the front, and it went right back on display after our transaction was complete. He also made snide comments and maintained a sassy tone during the check-out, making comments like "I already told you to put your number in there" and such. On top of that, the staff was audibly trash-talking a fellow member of management who was not there. Their actions were not what I would expect of employees anywhere, especially management. I have been a manager, and I know that some management members may not be exactly nice. But in management, whether you're nice or not, you still need to refrain from unprofessional behaviors especially when customers are around! If you want to be treated like a normal human being and not experience a condescending staff, I urge you to go elsewhere."
