"I just acquired a Bearded Dragon the first of Dec 23. I had no knowledge of taking care of him and what he needed. I came here to get help and information regarding my new pet and I was overly impressed and grateful for the kindness and help. Every time I come in they are extremely nice and if they are busy they still stop to let you know they will be with you soon, know matter how busy they are. I was short a lamp for Canyon and they were wonderful enough to lend me one until I could afford to buy one. Thank you to all the employees you are appreciated"
"My sweet little Maltese boy had a very bad experience with a local groomer. He came home traumatized! Since I started taking J.Dudley to Rutherford Pet Supply for grooming, he seems so much less anxious. I also love that (I know it helps him too) they don’t keep him all day long. I take him at his appointed time and it’s not long before it’s time to pick him up. And he always looks and smells FABULOUS! The groomers are also very nice to work with. They listen to my concerns at drop off and are informative about what they think his needs are for his session that day. They really do seem to love their furry clientele!"
