"I’m reviewing as an employee who was wrongfully terminated. Starting off, I absolutely loved working here, it was everything I could ever want out of a job. I had zero issues up until being abruptly fired. I was fired for a continuous mistake on the companies side which they refuse to take responsibility for. They do not care about the well being of their employees and will fire you without giving it second thought. As a flex schedule employee you schedule your own shifts through an app… some of my shifts were getting rejected so obviously I didn’t show up on those days. They fired me and said that those rejected shifts were approved in their system and that I was going against their attendance policy for missing those days, saying it was my responsibility to figure out if the rejected shifts were accurate or not… without even notifying me that this was an issue to begin with, which is ridiculous. They will lie and bend the situation to fit their narrative. Management has poor communication with their employees and you will get thrown under the bus for their mistakes."

I have one return and you can not get me a shipping label because your systems stink and are not friendly! I ask to just email me a label on my 3rd attempt between calling and chat I have now spent over 3 hours trying to return one small item and still no label. I highly recommend not to use wayfair as they do not care about CX! Stick with Amazon, much easier to do business with!"
