The availability of some products on display, but not overbearing! The entire staff that I interacted with over my visit had a smile or a great attitude! My dog had an ear issue and they let me get a coffee (provided!) while they fixed up my baby girl! I love it there! My dog was not stressed out at all by any of the atmosphere!"
