"After watching another agitated patron wait to be addressed, I and my dog were turned away for grooming services. Either get someone who can cut doodle hair without doing a full shave or don’t accept doodle appointments. Super disappointed since her last bath/brush here went so well. Replaced polite and knowledgeable staff with just the opposite. Will be going to PetCo from now on."
