"I have been using Urban Yap primarily for the location. I will not be returning. The last 2 times I have been there I have not been happy with the grooming and had to return to have it fixed. They blame my dog for their poor grooming, yet the report sheet always has positive comments. No other groomer has ever said our dog was a problem. Urban Yap needs to own up to grooming mistakes. If they are going to charge a ridicules amount for a dog hair cut, the customer should be treated well and so should their dog."
