"The absolute worst! A special needs customer was having a health issue inside of the store, so I stopped what I was doing to help out. I asked the cashier to go outside to get a chair for the customer. After getting her straight, I checked out and came to my car with a hand full of bags, forgetting to grab a cart due to my mind on the customer. In normal parking lots, you just pick your bag up and throw it in the car. In this parking lot, it's ridiculous, filled with holes holding water and my back tire was down into one. I tripped and the bag with my paper towel fell, leaving it wet and muddy. Do you think they'd allow me to exchange it? Not at all! Not to mention, they are selling balloons and don't have helium to go inside them, but I was understanding. Now, you've lost a customer due to poor service and $7.75. That's not smart at all, considering I was going to pay the difference for another paper towel and still spend money there. Whomever is responsible for service on a corporate level should REALLY check their people reporting to them."

"Not the best or the cleanest, but I can say that the team there is doing the best they can for the most part. They are busy throughout the day due to everyone going there because it's the only dollar store that is close to the many companies around."

"While I understand that the truck had probably recently come in, all that clutter was not from a delivery. This was the junkiest Dollar General I have ever been in and I will not be returning. You can barely maneuver around the store. I will go to Family Dollar down the street whenever I shop in St. George again. Do district managers not visit their stores?"

"The absolute worst Dollar General Store I've ever been in. The place was a wreck and the customer service was HORRIBLE!!!! I DID NOT EVEN GET A THANK YOU. THE CASHIER WAS TOO BUSY TALKING WITH ANOTHER ASSOCIATE. SHE NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT ME!! I WON'T BE BACK!! Well against better judgement I returned a few days later. As you can see by the pics it was much of the same as before. I did however have a very nice young man ring up my order. The people working on the sales floor wouldn't even acknowledge me."
