The customer service has been awful - can't even get a return call after reporting the problems and trying to find a solution. I have some very disappointed and angry customers who are at the mercy of these folks just keeping their word...if you can find another option, it will be worth it."

"Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the employees who helped us, but the man knew exactly what we needed and even knew the name of the color just from a picture of my kitchen. (I'd forgotten my sample at home.) They had what we needed and the price was amazing! He also explained how to remove the broken piece and replace the new one. Too bad we'd wasted so much time at Lowe's with their clueless "cabinet specialist" the day before. The woman who checked us out wasn't too friendly but not rude either, so I won't really include her in my 5 star rating."
