"Staples on Dec 22, 2023 Nice store well stocked lots of products to choose from. A little intimidated by the cashier wearing a mask. It makes me think he is "SICK" AND A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC. God i hope he is o.k We had some printing to do and found that way too expensive. Otherwise the store was nice."

"Avoid the cost and print center. I was directed to use the self service machine. The employee told me that there was NO WAY to darken a copy and that Staples had the lowest of technology. I asked if her machine behind the counter could do it and she said no. Ha! No interest in being helping me. Only being right. I own 3 businesses but will Avoid Staples at all cost."

"I walk in to drop off an Amazon return. I am standing by the UPS counter waiting for someone to take the return. A young man walks in and stands behind me. When the girl finally shows up instead of waiting on me she ask the man behind me if he was picking up. She waits on him and after he leaves she answers the phone and starts helping the customer on the phone. I will def use UPS store in the future."

"I did an Amazon drop off of 5 items worth around $200 12 days ago. Apparently, the items never got entered into the system. Staples says to call UPS. They say UPS is to blame. They only send it on to UPS. Called UPS, but they can't help me. Scan code doesn't mean anything to them. Six calls to Amazon and no one there can help me there either. Never received any refund. Doesn't even show in their system the items were received. Somebody somewhere is screwing up BIG TIME and it's costing me $200!! Stay away from Staples as an Amazon drop off!! Take it directly to UPS yourself!!"
