I was able to make an appointment for the same day and was extremely pleased with every aspect of this business. Aside from the miracle workers that staff the salon, the space itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Without making her feel ashamed or embarrassed, the staff teamed up and spent three hours de-matting her hair before giving her an absolutely adorable cut. They were incredibly kind and patient with her, as she was upset and needed a few breaks to collect herself. All in all, they saved us from having to shave her head entirely, and she spent the whole rest of the night gushing over how much she loved her haircut. Plus - the price was beyond reasonable, especially considering the time and effort it took!"
