"Worst experience I ever had the Orangeburg store manager is very rude I contacted the regional manager with my complaints against her and as I was trying to explain to her what happened she said to me please don't hound me about the situation what a way to speak to your customer I finally understand why the manager is rude I guess she get it from the general manager will never step foot and that store again glad I'm done with my payments"

"Horrible! Terrible! Employees have no clue. I recently purchased "cash purchases" livingroo set, washer, dryer!! No delivery!! Kevin the Manager lied, his " Regional Manager Angelina lied, ran out when I demanded a refund!! Left the store with only trainees there. After assuring me of the quality of the appliances, Neither WASHER OR DRYER WORK!!! Don't even get me started about the No Delivery I received after being promised of a delivery in one hour!!!. NOW I am OUT OF ALOT OF MONEY$$$$ AND NOTHING WORKS.. I've made Multiple calls to the store, I've made many visits!! Only No one wants to help because all sales are Final??!! I would understand if they had been Honest and showed professional customer service up front!! Both Manager and Angelina owe me a courtesy of calling to Make this right!! I'm asking for the VP or Company Owner to Intervene PLEASE!! I just moved to this state, No job yet!! I don't have $$ to throw away!!!"

"I got approved online for a living room set. I was pre approved, I was approved! So I used my debit card for my down payment. So I called and I was told that I had to submit more info. I did that and when I called back to verify I was told that I wasn't approved. My thing is why accept someone's money before the whole approval process is finished? Then you tell me it's going to take 10 business days for me to get my money back? That's crazy! It only took a second for you to take it off my card. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!"

"I haven't been been there since I purchased some furniture back in 2017. I actually went to the Mexican restaurant beside this location, and Google Maps thought I went to Aarons, so I thought I would take the opportunity to give this review. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go to this location for ANYTHING!!!! The manager here is such a jerk, and the regional manager seemed to think it was OK the way that this man talked to me. Also, their furniture is no good!!! If you don't sit on your living room furniture often, I'm sure it would last longer. But, the seam in my Chase Lounge ripped. They did offer me a settlement, which was still WAY TOO MUCH for furniture that was unrepairable, but I had too much money in it to just give it back. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this location. There are situations in life that we have no choice but deal with places like this. I was in one of those situations and had no choice but go here. I guess there are people who are use to dealing with subpar businesses and are OK with being talked to the way this manager did to me, but I am not. I should have walked away after the first encounter, but I really liked the furniture I found here. Had I know the end result, I would have walked out and called the regional manager to tell him how this manager talked to me as a first time customer. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! You have been warned..."

"This place is the worst place to rent from.. I will never come here for ANYTHING again. The customer service reps don't seem to know much when you ask them a question. They feed you with a bunch of lies and when you send something to get fixed, they pretend they did fix it but never even took a look at it. Ive had plenty of family members ask about them and I sent them elsewhere because of their lack of trust and how they treat their customers and I must say they were VERY SATISFIED with the other company. I am almost done with them and will be glad when I am. I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially after what they did to my mother. Never go here for anything!! Do like most of the people I told not to go there did, buy what you need straight out from another company, you will come out better. I PROMISE YOU WILL."
