"Terrible place to go . You will be making payments for nothing . It will not be going any where . I made 4 payments on just a couch and recliner which was 2 grand for 2 years but after 4 payments I still owed 2 grand . Not professional at all. The most important things are funny to them , and dont ask for a manager she's joking and laughing too . Please don't even waste your time even though you can give the furniture back any day..still dont go . They have nothing better to do with their lives but to laugh at people who earn hard working money just for you not to be taken serious. Customer or no customer. They have a problem with everybody and everything including working hard."

"Got a washer and dryer brand new and they work great! Easy way to own when all else fails. I’m not sure if my account reflects on my credit score but i set my account so payments are deducted on time Every month. I’ve had no bad experience thus far...."

"THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS STORE IS VERY POOR!!! I called to verify someone’s employment and the young lady named Edith answers and says I have the wrong number so I attempted to call back and they let the phone ring three minutes before answering and hanging up!when I called for the third time and I asked to speak to the manager and Edith says o she sitting right here finally I speak to the manager Tiffany and I ask the employment information and she says I have no idea!REALLY and you are a manager I then asked to speak to her District manager and she also doesn’t know the name of her district manager but gives me a number I could call to make a complaint. This in my opinion is by far unacceptable I called a place of business to get information and was treated like I called someone’s personal phone. I hope they do not treat there customers the way they treated me being I was also calling from a business. These two young ladies really need some training on customer service"

"I would give zero stars if I could. Just had a fridge delivered not even 2 days ago and it's not cooling. My food is spoiling and yet, when I call, I am told that deliveries come before service (the delivery guy will come look at it before 6pm and I called as soon as they were open), that I should just put my food in a cooler with ice (umm, my ice is water! and I don't own a cooler that big!) and then get hung up on. I would advise you to not use this company as they don't know what customer service is."
