"Staffing issues are understandable. ALL of us in customer service are dealing with this extreme shortage of staffing, so believe me...I get it. But update your hours. Post them. If you have limited people working for you, make it so your customers know when those LIMITED HOURS ARE. Don't have false hours online that you can't honor. It's a waste of my time to drive here at 3:15pm on a SATURDAY to find lights out and the store closed. Ask yourselves how you can serve your customers a little bit better, in a way that helps both your staff and your customers. Don't just shut off the lights and call it a day."
