"the location is convenient but services are rarely consistent / techs are almost ALWAYS super rude and obviously really inconvenienced when you know what you want/ ask to fix things that are obviously wrong or don't look good. i've walked out with nails different shapes/ thickness because when i ask to fix they've gotten so annoyed and difficult. also charge way extra for a matte top coat for some reason."

"My daughter and I came in for a basic pedicure. Felt like the staff was disappointed because that’s all we wanted to have. We were so rushed, no one spoke to us, and my nails weren’t even filed. The water was freezing and had to ask for warmer water twice. My nails look awful too! Felt like they just wanted our money but because we weren’t having but a pedicure they didn’t care to take care of us. Some people need to realize who may come in that door no matter what they want."

"Our pedicures were rushed. We told her three times that the water was cold. I had to ask for a “complimentary” beverage twice that I never got. I asked for the file and filed and shaped my own nails. I had to ask twice to cut and shape my nails. My daughter had to point out her ingrown after that portion of the pedicure was supposedly done. She didn’t apply any lotion at the end bc she was rushing. My feet don’t feel like I had a pedicure. Horrible experience for $130."

"I’m visiting from out of town and needed a gel mani and pedi. Walked in and was impressed with how friendly the staff was. Kim did my nails and I asked for a special design and she picked the perfect colors and did a great job! The salon was nice and clean too which I really appreciate! I’ll definitely come back when I visit again!"

"I have been in search of a great nail salon since I moved here from California. The search is now over after visiting this Creative Nails located in Belle Hall. Tee pleasantly greeted me at the front desk she was very patient and helped me pick out the perfect colors. Not only did she assist me with my selection of nail colors she also informed me of specials and discounts. Tony was my nail technician he did a phenomenal job. He not only catered to my physical needs but also to my mental needs. Tony offered me a beverage which was much needed (due to SC humid and hot weather) and also assured my massage chair setting was perfect. I have not had services like this in a long time he was very meticulous and strategic in cutting my cuticles and polishing my nails. He also played an intricate role in helping me select bling for my neutral colored nails to give them the perfect pop! Although this was my first visit, it would not be my last."
