Nail Fever

"I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I went here. I just moved here and was shopping in the mall here. I walked in and was very welcomed there. Everyone was truly helpful and took great pride in their work. Offered water to everyone and made sure you were comfortable and satisfied with their work. My feet needed a lot of TLC and they got it. I will definitely be back again! Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I experienced the best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time."

"I never write reviews but felt like I had to. This was hands down the Worst manicure I’ve ever received. Went in for a simple gel removal and gel manicure. The man buffed my nails down all the way to the skin pretty much. He was watching a soccer game and rushing through my nails with one of those electronic buffing tools. I already have thin nails and there is absolutely no need to continue thinning them like he did. 6 months later my nails are still growing back from the damage he caused. I went to another salon after to have them take a look and they confirmed that he absolutely ruined my nails and there was no reason to buff them so thin. Do not go here."

"I got acrylics done a week ago. Within the one week of doing nothing just hanging out at home my pink/nude nails turned yellowish brown within a day of my nails being done and within 3 nails the nails started breaking off but not like a typical acrylic break they peel off around the top of your fingers. Highly disappointed for the price"

"Honestly I never even write reviews but I feel compelled to. I've been to many nail salons in Mt. Pleasant and this one has got to be the worst. Within less than 24 hours my SNS nails were already peeling off. I went back to get them fixed only to be told it was my fault I picked the wrong top coat option. I don't know about you but I don't think the customer should be responsible for choosing the correct nail products and then blamed when they don't work as they should. For $45 save your money and go somewhere else please. There are tons of other salons with lower prices and better quality and customer service. I will not be returning and I will encourage everyone I know to avoid Nail Fever."

"Had a great first visit! Staff was friendly, clean salon and peaceful environment. Massage chairs work wonderfully and warm towels was part of the basic pedicure. No trying to up-charge. I’ll be back:)"
