"I was very excited when they added the new Dollar general to Midville Georgia, aesthetically the store looked great. Items were easily found, prices we're comprable to other stores. But when I ask a customer service rep to help me find something, she pointed to and said last isle on left. I was there 30 minutes looking for 1 item. The store was not that busy that someone could not have taken me to get the item. Customer service is just as important to me as price and quality of the merchandise. I think they should take their customer service Representatives back to school."

"Disorganized and cluttered, cashier's need more training and the outside of the store where the trash is put blows into the surrounding neighborhoods. This is been an ongoing problem at the corporate level. Local employees are doing the best they can with what they have to work with."
