"This is the worst hair experience I have ever had. I went to Bree and had a 1-2:50 appointment for a cut and color. Every place i have been to has been able to handle that time with my thick hair. It took her an hour and a half to do just single color and wash do to her overbooking. I walked out with wet hair because I was over it. So insanely unprofessional and a wasted afternoon for me."
