I felt Sue understood my style and budget. The design process included an in-home visit for measurements, printed design plan options, and fabric samples. I loved that I could sit on couch and chair samples in the Aiken store, and I could visualize the plan in my living room on the printed plan. Sue was early on all deadlines and made changes I requested with ease. Overall, the process was enjoyable and resulted in a beautiful living room.
