An apology should have been given first before the company trying to cover up their bad customer service with more bad customer service in the form of an excuse Response to the response: do not give me an automated message telling me about quality assurance you need to tell your people they need to be more proficient in being honest and calling people back! they need to call the quality assurance number not me because you all are scammers and I will never recommend anybody to that dump! However I will report you to the department of consumer affairs as a matter of fact I already have you'll be getting a letter soon so why don't you tell your quality assurance to address that good day!"
