"Just got our Warranty 12 lb mattress in a VERY POORLY PACKED item for something worth $600, my cost was $297. IT BARELY survived the packing and truck rides from Irmo, SC to Sonora, KY. VERY BAD SERVICE for warranty item to replace a mattress that does not hold any air currently at zero. Anyway, I just added 3 photos of the warranty item worth $600 barely shipped in an appropriate box and barely any tape, judge for yourself. I cannot believe this is representative of SLEEP NUMBER management team?"

"Receiving is clear around the backside of the building which was ok except when they give door number one and you have to back up backwards around the whole building because no place to turn around. But other than that the staff are pleasant and unloaded in a timely manner."
