Silhouette On Site, Hair and Makeup

"Overall, a good experience but to be completely honest Erica had very bad energy and was stressed the whole morning doing hair and makeup for my wedding.  She originally said she had been to the airbnb where we were going to get ready but then complained a lot about how small the space was and really spent a lot of the morning huffing and puffing annoyed and stressed.  It really rubbed off on me (the bride) because I do not do well with that kind of energy and before I even got to the wedding was stressed and upset. I had a great time with her at my trial so I am not sure what changed but it was really unfortunate because it threw off the whole morning.  Mikaela was AMAZING though, she stayed to make sure I was okay with my hair and makeup (she didn’t even do it) because she could really tell I was just very upset by the whole thing.  Overall the hair and makeup for everyone came out really beautiful and held up VERY well but I would have rather had bad hair/makeup with no extra stress on my wedding day. This is a true honest review and it really makes me sad to even write because Erica and I had no issues and her energy was so good at the trial.  I understand we all have off days but we were in no rush, we were WAY ahead of schedule, so I am not sure where the attitude came from. I would still use Silhouette on Site again but I would recommend just making sure the space you are getting ready in is ample and the artists ask for their specific needs so everyone can enjoy the morning!! Pictures from sneak peek, will try to remember to add more of MOH, MOB, MOG, and bridesmaid when I receive more! Edit: Erica reached out and had an immense amount of personal things going on, I totally get it and really expected there to be something happening that caused this! Stuff happens and the makeup and hair looked great in the end!"

"I had the dream team of Anna and Amy for hair and makeup for my wedding day and they were the absolute best. They both took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for while also using their expertise to make suggestions, and I could not have been happier with how my hair and makeup came out! My bridesmaids looked like their beautiful selves with their natural beauty accentuated, and they were so happy with how their hair and makeup came out as well. It also lasted all the way through the end of the night after hours of dancing! The communication leading up to the wedding was perfect, and Amy and Anna were so much fun to get ready with on the morning of the wedding - my bridesmaids and I felt so relaxed and comfortable with them and their positive energy was infectious! "I worked with Tracie for our wedding on 11/06/2023 and she was everything I could have asked for and more! She took my inspo pic and made my hair even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined for our big day! Everyone was in awe with my hair (especially my now husband) and I am so grateful to have worked with Tracie. Also, my hair held up for the whole day after riding around Charleston in a golf cart and I would call that nothing short of a miracle haha. She was professional and fun and made my morning a breeze! "We used Silhouette On Site for our wedding on 4/21/23 and for our rehearsal dinner the night before. From the start Laura and her team were super responsive and helpful when it came to booking the number of services for my wedding party. Anna did my makeup and Julia did my hair, and they were both so great to work with!! At my trial they made me feel comfortable and saw my vision perfectly. for the rehearsal dinner I came with very little vision and they hit it out of the park. Day of they were great to have around and made all my girls look wonderful. We also had Erica helping with bridesmaids day of, and all three of them helped my girls feel comfortable and made them look beautiful. They were on time and prompt with their work while still being extremely detailed. Highly recommend Silhouette On Site for any hair and makeup needs!"
