"Shana was so friendly and welcoming. We talked liked we have know each other for years and it was our first time meeting. The service was great and the wash and conditioning treatment was heaven sent. I will definitely be back. Thanks Shana!"
"I spoke with the stylist prior to scheduling my appt letting her know what service I needed to have done and I was assured it could be done.(only half of what I ask for was done) When I arrive she was very welcoming however I was quoted a price prior to my appt which was changed at the time of service. My total was $70 more than what I was told. I was not told about any extra charges to “maintain “ my locs until after she was done. This would not have been an issue if I was told about these extra charges prior to scheduling my appt. (No other service was provided other than the micro loc retie)so until this day idk why I was charged the additional amount and 2 weeks later I started experiencing issues with my locs so this was a waste of time and money. Please be upfront with future clients regarding cost and any extra charges u feel you may need to charge. Unfortunately I won’t be returning."
