"I spoke with the stylist prior to scheduling my appt letting her know what service I needed to have done and I was assured it could be done.(only half of what I ask for was done) When I arrive she was very welcoming however I was quoted a price prior to my appt which was changed at the time of service. My total was $70 more than what I was told. I was not told about any extra charges to “maintain “ my locs until after she was done. This would not have been an issue if I was told about these extra charges prior to scheduling my appt. (No other service was provided other than the micro loc retie)so until this day idk why I was charged the additional amount and 2 weeks later I started experiencing issues with my locs so this was a waste of time and money. Please be upfront with future clients regarding cost and any extra charges u feel you may need to charge. Unfortunately I won’t be returning."
