"I went in for a gel powder fill in for my nails. I was satisfied at the outcome during my visit. Now it hasn’t even been 2 full days since I’ve gotten my nails done and there’s already a chip plus my nail is breaking. The staff is friendly and professional, but I’m just disappointed at this time. Since it’s very hard to find a really good nail tech in the Ladson/Summerville/Charleston area, I may just go back for a soak off and wear my natural nails for a while because at this point I’m just throwing money down the drain with these nail salons."

"I never leave negative reviews but this was one of the worst manicures I’ve had in a while. The service was slow and pretty unprofessional in my opinion - lots of loud personal phone / FaceTime calls. I requested a dip manicure and the staff member had me looking through gel colors for at least 15 minutes before I realized and asked again if the samples were in fact dip (this was after they told me it would be a 15 minute wait- I waited close to an hour). The manicure itself was very quick and clearly not quality as the dip has lifted and chipped in less than a week (I go at least 3 weeks without any issues usually). The woman who did my manicure was nice enough, but I will not be returning. Also make sure you tell them before they swipe your card whatever tip you’d like to add - there is no atm in the shop or plaza (yes I still drove to the nearest gas station and back to bring her a tip). Save your time and money."

"The staff was so nice and happy. The salon was clean and spotless. The atmosphere was pleasant. I love the wide variety of colors I can chose from. My nail technician took his time and did everything I asked for. A friend and I came in when there was no one on a Monday afternoon and it quickly became busy, yet my nail technician did not rush on my nails and was detail-oriented. He did a fabulous job. Overall, I had a great experience. I was a satisfied customer. The color I decided with is a nude color (#083). The nail polish I chose is gel. My nails are medium-ish in length and wide coffin shape. I paid $45 for the full set. On their website, they have coupons!!!"
