First esthetician to ever ask me if I wanted to know each step in her process or if I just wanted to be left alone to relax! She provided me with an amazing custom dermaplaning facial and lots of facial massage, lymphatic drainage and a lovely jade comb scalp massage. The room was clean and very sanitary. "As a professional athlete, I’ve had my fair share of massages. At home I have my trusted go to places, but as a visitor to Kiawah, I wasn’t sure where to go. I’ve tried different places in the area in the past, but when I’m looking for a deep tissue massage I’m looking to have my problem areas broken up, and these other places just weren’t getting it done. So after some quick searching I stumbled across the Medical Spa at Kiawah. After playing 5 rounds of golf my body was ready to be worked, and Alyssa delivered! Alyssa provided an experience that both allowed me to relax, but also broke up my problem areas! Her hands were like jackhammers breaking up the strain that I put on it daily. It was a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend her. I will for sure be back when I come visit Kiawah again. There are several facials to choose from; all excellent. And Nichol and Amy are the very best as massage therapists anywhere. They are true healers and really take care in a very special way.
