"I wanted to love this local spot, but I was definitely disappointed with the experience. It took leaving two messages to get a call back for appointments for my two kids. Salon had just moved the location within the last couple weeks, but they failed to mention this when I made the appointments. We showed up to the old location, so we arrived a few minutes late to the new place (I called and left a VM). No one greeted us, we waited 10+ minutes before anyone spoke to us. The stylists never introduced themselves to my kids and weren’t even going to wash the kids hair. One got washed, the other didn’t. Stylists clearly just wanted to get us done and move on to the next person, so they could make up for running late. Not impressed with the cuts either. We won’t be going back."
