"Took my 2006 Honda Accord. When I called to get a quote, I was asked for the information on my vehicle before booking an appointment. They told me $175. When I picked up my vehicle they told me the total would be $275. I negotiated to $225. The work was done well, but very poor communication."

"Terrible Experience. Gunn Upholstery made a Bimini top for our boat in a timely manner. When the top didn’t fit we contacted them to fix it. We were told to bring it in the next Monday 4/17/23 and they would fix it. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Still no fix. After giving us several dates and not fixing the top. Gunn Upholstery stopped answering our calls and texts. Today 5/10/23 I began calling back to back and they finally started communicating with us. Today 5/10 they are saying they will work on it Monday 5/15. Well we picked up the boat today with no fix to our Bimini Top. This is very unprofessional business. We paid$$ Gunn when the top was picked up so they do not care to make their work good now. STAY AWAY."

"Avoid Gunn’s Upholstery if you value your time and effort and like to avoid irritation. I like to do business with people that say what they mean and mean what they say. The people at Gunn’s do not do that. Quickly visited to speak with them about repairing 2 seats on 2 vehicles that I had patched. I wanted them to replace the patched section to make it nicer. They gave me a low to high quote range and time range of 2 weeks. Told them that I would remove and bring the seat from 1 vehicle for them to repair and if they did a good job, I would bring them the other one. Waited 2 weeks and I called, and they said it would be another week and ready Monday, told them I had to work and would by Friday and pick it up. Went there Friday to pick it up and nothing had been done. They told me it would be ready the next day at 2PM, called at 130 pm and no answer. Went by today and told them that I was there for the seat that I had been waiting a month for was still not started on. They told me they could have it next week. I took the patched by me OEM Honda 32-year-old 325,000-mile seat, left, and reinstalled it the car so that I can drive the car."
