To have a policy that is clearly not posted in your store of the no exchange or refund of the fashion jewelry is clearly stealing from the customer. By not allowing the buyer a choice to decide if they want to purchase your product or not. Than again the attitude given when I came in to exchange the ear rings was enough to realize Ill spend my money else where.
