"Went in for a quick acrylic, full set. I had my own gel polish because it's a unique color because No salon has it. He told me the full set was $45... So I get it done short length the length was from the tip of my finger to the top of the nail less than a Centimeter... my friend came back with the polish because I forgot it at home and she brought it back to me. I'm assuming they wanted to get out early so he asked if I could pay now. He charged me $50 and he said it would be 60 if he painter my Nails. I asked, but it's my own nail polish and he said it's still the same thing .... So then I asked why you said 45. He said the length of the nail is too long. Look at the pictures. It is not long whatsoever! He was rude and completely rushed, and did not do a good job of cleaning the nail underneath. Only went to this place because I live in Hilton Head plantation and it is around the corner from where I live. So upset I had to write a review and realized how many more bad reviews out there from him rushing things and other reviews seem great, so I guess it depends on the day you go. A place where you get your nails done should not have to be a gamble whether this prick is having a good day or a bad day. I would never recommend this to anyone. So for $50 he did a mediocre job with no polish and he couldn't even clean up the nail underneath. I'm almost positive. He is a manager or the owner. If he only knew how I tipped, he could've just been nice and a good job and I would've paid a lot more than 50. His luck.... and sad customer service."

"I kept getting turned down for quick polish change or help getting acrylics off i went to the other place! All the way out the island I tried making an appointment they said they couldn’t because the book wasn’t there. I’m upset they couldn’t help even when I went early in the day."

"I was out doing errands & decided at the last minute to have a pedicure. I walked in with no appointment on Saturday around 11:30 or 12. I thought they might be too busy to take me but they said they could get me in with a 10 minute wait. It wasn't quite that long though when they took me back. I thought it was a little odd that they didn't have me soak my feet first, but I just rolled with it. The nail tech did a good job but not quite 5 stars. Salon was clean & they have a good selection of OPI colors."
