"I called to have our washer fixed and was charged an extra $20 because it's not their preferred model to work on. Total was $100 to have them look at it. He told me on the phone it sounded like the rods @ about $25 per rod. It happens a lot. Fairly easy fix. They came out, turned the washer on twice and then said they'd order the parts and call us. My husband said he could have done that and that's ALL they did and they told him, "See how it runs and let him know." We ALREADY KNEW how it runs and told THEM prior to them coming out. It blinks UB unbalanced, continually and won't rinse. We NEVER got a call back. Six- seven frustrating WEEKS plus and MANY phone calls to them they were still dragging their feet telling us they were researching the issue. My final call after being without a washing machine for weeks and paying the laundromat he told me they didn't care to service the make/model that we have and it could be one of three things. (The motor and two other named items) and once the parts were ordered no refund. It was going to cost us more than the machine was worth! I asked for my money back and he refused half, giving me $50 back. They are not honest and upfront. The two reasons we chose this company as they came highly regarded. If you don't have the skills and know-how to run a business don't collect people's funds for a job that you're not sure you can do. Acknowledge that you can't do the work when you know you're unable. You are obligated to follow through with customers after they pay you their hard-earned money to have a job done. Follow through- the customer should not have to keep contacting you. Update your skill level!"
