"Hi, I’m Melissa from Tennessee. We spend half of our time on the Island. I came the first of January with a terrible Ombré nail set. I went to Tiffany’s for the first time. Ekin took such great care of me! She turned something hideous into beauty! So I didn’t hesitate to go back to her yesterday. Again another flawless job. Ekin is very personable and friendly and I greatly appreciate her!!! This is my new home for my nails!!"

"Just visited Tiffany Nail Spa with my mother, (who has been coming here for 10 years) and was immediately given a dirty look by the owner as we walked in. She said they would not provide service to my mom as the appointment was made for 1 and she decided to bring me. They were not busy but we understood and she decided to wait her turn. They proceeded to let my mom sit for over an hour with acetone on her nails while serving other customers. Four people came in and out before they addressed her. When my mom spoke to the owner about why she did not want to wait any longer, the owners response was “I’m not talking about this”. Apparently there are only 2 nail techs that know how to do SNS in the business, so if anything else don’t come here for that. EXTREMELY rude and absolutely no regard for their customers. They just lost a loyal customer."

"Not happy. These people had no customer service skills and were throwing out random prices. Sign says Pink and White Acrylic is $68 and I asked them about doing an almond shape and they said $5 extra. Then said the cost is $75. They just love to round up their prices. Also - they charge an extra $10 if you want them to actually prepare your nail and cut your cuticle back… which should be included!!!! I went to Lovable Nails literally 8 minutes away and got the best set ever - $60 out the door!! I got pink and white full set acrylic and she cleaned up my cuticles and all. So happy I shopped around and didn’t overpay here."
