"I was visiting HH for the weekend. I came in for a gel pedicure early on Friday morning. I am usually not one to complain as I am licensed by the cosmetic art board and I know things can happen sometimes but this is a very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the nail tech about how I would like my nails shaped/filed. One of the other nail techs talked me into an “up charged” pedicure and I wish I wouldn’t have listened. For around $60 along with a $15 tip I expected a better experience. For one I was burnt by the extremely hot towel during my service after I told them it was too hot. Secondly the polish is very uneven and on my skin. After my long day out and about I finally took a close up look at my toes and I am very dissatisfied."

"My nail’s definitely don’t look terrible, but you get what you paid for. Paid around $100ish dollars for a basic manicure and pedicure but that was with a 15% discount. The people that work here were all very nice! The guy I had must’ve been new though: I had to remind him to put a topcoat on my gel nails, and he put a white undercoat under the colors on my fingernails that I did not ask for (and the colors I chose were not translucent enough to do that). He also only put one coat of white and one coat of color so some of them are splotchy! I don’t know if he was mad at me for speaking up about some things or something but at the end when he was filing my manicure, he did it way too hard and now my hands hurt around my cuticles. That’s really what did it for me, my hands never hurt after getting a manicure back home. Again my nails don’t look that bad but if you’re looking to get a top tier service I would skip this place."
