"Highly recommend this nail salon friendly staff, clean, a lot of color choices. Ivy is my favorite! ❤️"
"Candice is an amazing nail tech. She’s artistic, takes her time and has a calming energy about her. I’m picky with who does my acrylic and designs and she is amazing! Happy to say I have found my new nail tech!"
"Second time here first time, Will did an amazing job with dip but he did my nails too thin, and drill my natural nail too hard that burn my nails. 3 days later I went for a nail repair, yes they gladly fixed it. I went back today they couldn’t do design because they take too long to do nails with multiple designs so they only work with appointment, went with chrome instead. Didn’t get the techs name but he did a horrible job, the chrome has patches nails are uneven. At the end I stop trying to get him to fix them. No they’re not rude or disrespectful they just don’t have great nail techs. So I don’t think $61 is worth the service because my nails don’t look as they should."
"After reading rave reviews online, I decided to give this new business a chance. I made an appointment through their website for a basic manicure, which they confirmed via text. However, when I arrived on time for my appointment, I wound up having to wait 30 minutes to finally be seen. The nail technician, Kelly, was nice but very quickly I got the feeling that this place focuses on speed over quality (ironic, given my long wait). The results are less than stellar: There are many areas where the second coat of nail polish didn't cover the first, leaving uneven lines. There are also a couple of spots where something must have been on the nail (perhaps dust from the filing or skin from the trimming) that she just painted right over, creating obvious imperfections. But what drives me the most nuts are the uneven and downright sloppy lines along the base of some of my nails. At the very least, those areas should have been cleaned up. Also, apparently they have a drying table where you're supposed to sit to let the paint dry but she didn't tell me about it until after I had to return to her station to touch up a couple nails that inevitably got smudged during checkout. It's a brand new business—don't assume everyone knows the procedure and lay of the land. All in all, a very disappointing experience, though I could just chalk it up to one inattentive nail technician. However, one should never leave a business believing that they could have done a better job. On the plus side, the space is bright and clean. If you decide to give them a shot, I recommend trying out a different nail technician and not scheduling anything for immediately after your appointment as you may not be seen on time."
