"Bought a $5000 3 pcs leather set through Costco. Had problems with quality from day one. The fixed what they can at the time. 2 years later, springs in the sofa collapsing, leather in the loveseat is fading and peeling. Tried to contact them but no support. Finally they said out of warranty.!!!!! What a waste of $5000."
