"Several years ago Brian was supposed to do a job for us at micheline. He was paid up front and never came back. He stated "problems at home". Of course with a big company we had to pay for another contractor to take the job. Dont waste your time. He doesnt honor his word and will take your money and leave. Sadly, I was working for my grandfather at the time who had terminal cancer and he took full advantage of him. He died and I was left to fix the mess Brian left. Also, didnt follow code at micheline. Left a tile saw unattended with his guys and a full on risk for any plant. Beware."

"Hired him after a quote. He needed money to purchase the flooring we had hired him to do. We never heard from him. We went and talk with him after 4 mo. and he told us he could fix this. Haven't heard from him since. Trying to resolve this. No good ----"

"He was hired to redo the whole outside of my grand parents house and the whole kitchen and laundry room. They would show up work a day or two then not come back for a while. After "work was finished" it was terrible and had many issues inside and out. They also left all trash in the yard for all material used. Never bothered to clean anything up. Run do not use these people."

"He was hired to build a fence and deck for my grandmother. He asked for a $1500 deposit before he got started. They came out and worked a couple of days, then they weren't seen for a while. He then asked for another $1700 so he could "pay his guys". Unfortunately my grandmother gave it to him. He immediately went on vacation without telling anyone. We tried and tried to get in touch with him. When he finally answered the phone we found out he was on vacation and he said he assumed the guys were coming out to work. After that we couldn't get in touch with him. He ignores any and every attempt at contacting him. NEVER HIRE BLACKWELL'S FLOORING!!!!!"
