"I went in for a shampoo blow dry and style. For family photos for my grandma's 100th Birthday. The young girl is brand spanking New. At my age, ya just know. I was FURIOUS to be Charged $45. for a horrable service she had no idea what she was doing. My hair was dried but NOT styled! I have pictures but unable to post them. *Not accurate. You can't recover for this. She is Brand new and you should Not charge master stylist prices!"
