"Faithful customer of “Nail Doctor” since I moved to the area 2020. I had seen this happen to others, now me. I was setting in the chair fifteen minutes getting my nails done and had to get up because the “salon forgot” until two appointments walked in. I’m now to wait one hour. I walked out and will never return."
"I always make an appointment with Michael. Consistently have to wait, today I had an 11 am appt. Michael was obviously just starting on another client. I Walked out at 11:30. They all tried to appease me. I stated as I walked out " I had 11:00 appt. it is now 11:30 and he's still with the other client. I can get bad service anywhere! I just left "Happy Nails" in Goose Creek, 604 St. James Avenue, same price as Tip Toes, in and out in 45 minutes. I'm satisfied."
