"Just got my hair butchered for $30. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted, a low fade where the fade come away from the head low, and was given a military cut that I’ll have to fix with my own clippers when I get home. At least my hair still grows back and I have several hats. NEVER AGAIN. **Edit--I can't even fix it--it's that bad. I used my clippers to reshape the best I could to no avail. You can see lines between each level or the "fade". I will likely have to give myself a buzz. My hairdresser was Maureen. Called and they didn't seen to really care--must be a usual occurrence. How does a professional not know how to do a fade cut? The 1st pic is what I showed the stylist, the other pics are of my butchered head."

"I am extremely disappointed with our haircut. My wife and I came to get fairly simple cuts and walked away with nothing short of a bad haircut. There were many issues that ranged from the cleanliness of the equipment and the gentleness — or rather lack thereof — of the stylist all the way down to the end result we walked away with. I am typically a pretty easy going guy, but this was really disappointing. It seems we just got an inexperienced stylist. If I could have management contact me that would be much appreciated because I would like to discuss our experience and hopefully get to a resolution. Update: I contacted the manager and we were able to reach a resolution. Unfortunately a refund does not fix my hair, but I am thankful that the manager was willing to help us get our money back. Upped to 2 stars because the manger was willing to help us, but I guarantee I will not come back to this location. I hope the stylist continues to grow in her skills and learn so that this doesn’t happen again to another customer."

"I've been getting my hair cut here for years, almost exclusively with Vivian, who also manages the location. I was always happy with the service and previously left a 5 star review. When I didn't see here name as an option on the website, I called to make an appointment and found out she no longer works there, not sure why. So I went back to the website to make an appointment. I had the choice of 2 stylists, so I randomly selected Sarah at 2pm. When I arrived at the location, only 1 stylist was there and she was cutting someone's hair. Another gentleman was sitting in the waiting area, presumably to get his hair cut as well. The stylist asked who I was and I stated I had a 2pm appointment with Sarah. I was told they would be with me shortly. After sitting down, I saw a woman come into the shop with what appeared to be grocery bags. She immediately went into the employee area of the shop, so I assume she was the other stylist. But instead of returning to cut hair, she stayed in the back. While I continued to wait, a woman and 3 children came in. The woman stated her son had an appointment as well. So now 3 of us are waiting to get a hair cut, and only 1 of 2 stylists is actually cutting hair. After waiting 15 minutes and the other stylist not coming back out, I gave up and left. Vivian ran a good shop, I don't know if that can be said now. Your supposed to have 2 people working, but only 1 is cutting hair while the lobby is filling up. I don't plan on returning."
