"Please do not shop here!!! I have been a customer at the store for 20-plus years. I was interested in buying my hair piece to wear at my upcoming wedding, so I took the hairpiece out of the package to to get a better look at the hair. As I was struggling to put the hairpiece back into the package correctly, the customer service representative snatched the product out of my hands, and told me to get out. He was rude and intimidating. I have never been treated like this in my life. Never again will I shop with them. Just a warning to others."
"Not being funny, but I like when the Black girls are at work. They're knowledgeable, and don't mind assisting. The owners? One acted so bothered when I asked for assistance looking for an item: I couldn't see where he said it was at, and he actually sighed when he had to get up from behind the counter to come show me. Yeah I promptly took my money elsewhere. Only reason a 3* and not a 2*, is bc it's located near my home, and their employees."
