"Extremely poor customer service and basically begged us to shop elsewhere. The worker (assuming he was the owner) was rude. He told me how he will not help me. He said “if you are 70- I might could help you, but you’re not & one of those who can use the smart phone…” I was on my own. Please note- no cellular service or WiFi (which is needed for completion of a U-Haul rental) was available. He was Very abrasive and unpleasant. Would recommend going elsewhere. We were able to contact U-Haul customer service and they arranged for a new U-Haul at a completely different location. Would not recommend."

"Drove 32 miles to buy trains. Came on a Wednesday. Website says “open Wednesday”. Sign on door says “open Wednesday”. When I got there on Wednesday, the candy shop owner next door said he’s closed on Wednesday. Plus when called message said he does not answer phone and to text him. Not sure I want to waste another 60+ miles to find he’s not open."
