"Would rather a hairstylist tell me they cannot achieve the look I asked for then to attempt it and have me spend hundreds of dollars for something that looks nothing like I asked for.$$$ I went back and forth debating on writing a review or now but I simply just did not get what I asked for and was very dissatisfied. Along with the finish product not being what I wanted, Leisel also said “if you want your hair dried you will have to sit under the dryer”… well of course I want my hair dried after I just got it dyed- even when I just get a trim my old stylist would always shampoo/dry/slightly style my hair- so that was odd to me. And she had multiple other clients come in while mine was still drying with curl cream in it (My hair isn’t curly) and basically I just left with a frizzy mess of a color that was not what I wanted. Was really wanting to love it cause it was my first “treat” postpartum and first time I had my hair colored in over 4 years. (Pic of what I wanted is girl with mask) and yes I washed my hair multiple times the first week to see if it maybe would lighten to what I wanted and has not."
