"I LOVE CAVA but… every time single time I go there is a huge line that will take forever. So now I order a head. NOW the issue is that my orders are often incorrect and they prioritize large orders so the line for takeout takes forever as well. Uber eats orders seem to get made instantly but your own website orders take tooooo long. I just waited 30 minutes beyond my order completion time while it seems all orders go ahead of your own website orders. I would like to review compensation for this major inconvenience."

"Multiple times I have had the same issue at this location. After ordering online I’ll arrive at the pickup time (or just after to be safe) only to wait an additional 45 minutes for my order, which came out wrong and/or missing items. I’ve worked in a restaurant and understand the workers are doing their best, but an honest pickup time or ceasing acceptance of online orders for a short period during a rush would really be a good idea. I would have just cancelled for a refund if I could’ve. When customers have limited time to grab decent food before getting back to work, they place pickup orders…so a 45 minute or more wait can really impact the schedule of someone’s workday."

"Great place for hearty meals and their fountain drink options are delicious!! Totally worth more than the final price paid at checkout. I am a vegan and this is one of the best places I've been. I made my own bowl. Just ask for the allergy guide and go to town!"

"Absolutely LOVED my birthday lunch here today at CAVA! Joe hooked me up with recommendations on a dressing for my Harissa chicken bowl — everyone was super nice and helpful since it was my first time there. Long line at the door because the food is delicious and fresh! It was a perfect day for outdoor dining so we sat outside. Can’t wait to come back! Also tried the pineapple apple mint juice and it was fantastic."
