"I used to love going here, but had to stop because my last two appointments landed me with painful extensions where the classic extensions was glued to multiple natural lashes instead of one extension per one lash. During my last appointment, I had an extension that was really sore, and when it finally shed off I counted the natural lashes that were glued to it: 7. Seven of my lashes were glued to a single extension. I stopped going because although they looked pretty, they hurt and made me lose so many of my natural lashes. Customer service was always good though, so kind. The place itself was clean and pretty."
