"Have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for years. Normally don’t have an issue. Just got my hair cut today (at May River Crossing) and actually had to physically tell her to stop cutting my hair. She failed to listen and when I pointed the error (not faded), she just started to almost shave my head. She also was extremely unfriendly and smelled horrible as is she wasn’t deodorant. Also, every time her personal phone rang played an extremely inappropriate rap song. Also, when she addressed another customer, she didn’t even answer their questions, and told them to do whatever they wanted to do. If she worked for me, it would not be for long after what I saw. Will continue to use Great Clips, but will only go to the New River location in Hardeeville they do a great job."

"Have gone to this location about 5 times. The first 4 were satisfactory. The last time about 5 weeks ago I got the worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for a scissor cut as usual . She said I'm a professional I know how to get you what you want. It was cut deep and choppy . Uneven in the back. Clipped near the scalp on back left, long on back right. I got a different stylist every time. NOT GOING BACK THERE."

"I don't know the name of the stylist who jacked up my husband's hair. Thin older white woman who "has been a stylist for 21 years." Honey, length of time in a profession does not equal skill. When I tell you I laughed, and then cried when my husband walked through the door. You should go ahead and retire lol. Thank God I have some experience and was able to fix it. Why on earth was it "cleaned up" on the edges 2 inches higher than his natural hairline?? And crooked at that. The whole head was uneven and one side was flat and the other poofed out. I almost called to get the stylists name but I said nah im not gonna put her name on blast cause I did get a laugh out of it lol."
