"Constant disappointment with this location. First couple visits resulting in getting no sauce. Never was asked if I wanted sauce, but when I did ask I got one packet. This time paid for a sandwich I didn’t receive. It’s always something with this location. Chik Fil A is supposed to be consistent, this one is just consistently bad for me"

"We normally enjoy going to Chick-fil-A at least once a week. In the early evening there's a guy in the back that cleans tables and floors and is very nice. The other evening our cushion was oily and he wiped it for us, and is always accommodating to the customers. Love this location."

"Great location location. Slow service. I’m in Mount Pleasant for work and have visited probably over 150 different Chick-fil-A locations across the country and was genuinely confused by my experience. My first time was during a busier period, took me about 25 minutes in the drive thru and got an iced coffee that was black with white chunks floating in it (looked like separated milk). So then I had to walk inside and wasn’t acknowledged until I asked “if anyone was going to help me today.” Got a new coffee and this time it was correct (I wasn’t asked how I ordered it, just that the first one wasn’t how it’s normally made..) which is irritating because that means someone doesn’t know what they are doing. Second experience was ordering a 12 count fried nugget and getting 15 where half of them smelled like old fryer oil and were over cooked and tough… Third time I ordered strips and they looked over cooked and tasted oily. Corporate needs to send someone from Deloitte to see what is going on with the food quality at this location. Thankfully, I’m leaving Mount pleasant tomorrow and can go to my usual Chick-fil-A in south Florida."

"It pains me to rate this chain so lowly but this location by far was the worst I've ever encountered. I walked by three employees without being greeted, the ones behind the counter didn't acknowledge me for several minutes... had I not ordered through mobile, I would have left. The app stated my order was ready, it wasn't. The employees behind the counter began yelling someone's name who never came to the front. I had to just say aloud that I just wanted my mobile order. And there was no one replying "my pleasure." I paid extra for a large Coke Zero but the cup wasn't filled up. I paid extra for large fries but received crumbs and half cooked remnants. The sandwich was a disaster... the bun was hard and shredded on the top with black burn marks (I assume) on the bottom bun. The pickles even looked horrible so, I just trashed everything but the chicken breast and 3/4 cup of soda."
