Color Me Nail Spa

"Ive been here a handful of times and its been hit or miss. This time the same gentleman that did a my pedicure and my full set. This time from the minute I was in the pedicure chair he was selling hard the acrylic dipping powder for my hands. I said No multiple times and he again kept pressing the issue saying it was the same as the white normal acrylic powder just the color of the polish. I agreed. He glued on the clear nail tips and as you can see in the photos theyre crooked. When I mentioned how thick it looked by cuticle he told me he didn’t want to hurt me with the drill bit. When I kept insisting he did drill a bit and yes catching my cuticle, but then told me they all looked the same to him and to wait for him to put the clear polish on and it would look better. What do you think, do they look great now with the clear polish on. I paid $140 with 15%tip. If I was grading on kindness it would be 4-5 stars as everyone in the salon is kind. But the quality of nail work really depends on a couple of the technicians in there."

"I took my daughter here for our Valentine's Day date. She is four and I always get her a Mani/Pedi. I always get a pedi. We are new to the area and this is the first nail salon that I have visited in the area. I usually don't leave bad reviews but I left so disappointed and almost in tears. The woman that did my pedicure cut me THREE times (two with the cuticle nipper and once with the nail file that she sliced my toe open like a knife with). One of the cuts bled well after we left the nail salon. She literally only filed my nails and painted my toenails (I chose gel). I did not receive a foot bath/soak, no massage and no scrub what so ever. I was shocked when she told me I was done, and shocked when I went up to pay. I asked if I was supposed to get a massage or foot bath and the man taking my payment told me no. I'm so confused. I requested a pedicure and didn't get one... My daughter is four years old and she enjoyed her Mani/Pedi although the woman did nail art on her that we did not request and was added to our bill. We won't be back."

"My Mother recommended this Salon to me and went in to have refilling of my nails and pedicure. Kay received me so well and did the filling in a very swift and efficient manner. She was very nice with me. After,another lady did the pedicure for me but I felt she rushed and the scrubbing of my feet didn’t meet my expectation. When I showed where I needed concentration at she told me is smooth and everything is fine but I know is not. The only odd feeling I have is how they talk too much among themselves in their language and you have no clue of what they talking about. Environment: The salon is really clean and things are in order. Time: I encourage you to call and book appointment before going as they seem to be busy. I recommend Kay for any nail work."

"I have been here several times and they did not disappoint! I had the pleasure of having Nikki do my pedicure and Kay my SNS manicure, they were both amazing! The second time Nikki was on vacation and someone else did my nails I can’t remember her name but she was just as great!! I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Bluffton in the 10 years I’ve lived here and these ladies by far are the best! My nails were done the first week in October and still look good!!"
